1. Overview & Acceptance

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern your use of Worklane, a native macOS application developed by Prodit ("we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using Worklane, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Privacy & Data Storage (Apple iCloud & Local SQLite)

We respect your privacy above all else. Worklane is designed with a privacy-first architecture:

• Local Storage: Your data (projects, tasks, notes, checklists, meeting records, and attachments) is stored locally on your Mac using a high-performance SQLite database.
• Apple iCloud (CloudKit): When iCloud synchronization is enabled, your data is replicated directly to your private Apple iCloud container (iCloud.br.com.prodit.worklane). We do not have access to your Apple account, encryption keys, or synchronized files.
• No External Servers: We do not host external web databases, analytics trackers, or user tracking SDKs. We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties.

3. One-Time Purchase & License

• Perpetual License: Worklane is offered as a single, one-time purchase on the Mac App Store. There are no recurring monthly subscription fees.
• App Store Terms: Your purchase is subject to Apple Inc.'s standard Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. User Responsibilities & Data Backups

You retain full ownership and responsibility for the data, specifications, and files you create or attach within Worklane. Although Worklane stores your data safely and syncs with Apple iCloud, we recommend maintaining regular backups of your Mac via Apple Time Machine or the built-in export functionality.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Worklane is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prodit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

Estes Termos de Uso e Política de Privacidade regem o uso do aplicativo nativo Worklane para macOS, desenvolvido pela Prodit. Ao baixar ou utilizar o Worklane, você concorda com estes termos.

2. Privacidade e Armazenamento (Apple iCloud e Local)

Privacidade é o pilar central do Worklane:

• Armazenamento Local: Todos os seus projetos, tarefas, clientes, atas e capturas de tela ficam armazenados localmente no seu Mac em banco SQLite de alta performance.
• Sincronização Apple iCloud: A sincronização é feita exclusivamente através do CloudKit da Apple na sua conta pessoal. Nós não temos servidores intermediários e não temos acesso aos seus dados.
• Sem Rastreadores: O aplicativo não possui anúncios, rastreadores de terceiros nem venda de dados.

3. Licença e Compra Única

O Worklane é comercializado sob o modelo de compra única na Mac App Store, sem cobrança de mensalidades ou assinaturas obrigatórias.
